Champ Endurance is a homegrown sports and wellness initiative focused on driving fitness-based community engagement through large-format public events. Their signature initiative, ‘Apla Pune Cyclathon,’ transformed Pune’s streets into a celebration of health, resilience, and local pride.

Challenges:

With a city-wide rollout and a singular race day, precision was everything. The sheer volume of design collateral, from zone-specific outdoor media to digital touchpoints and print ads, it all demanded hyper-attentive coordination. Every banner, every post carried information critical to event logistics. No room for errors.
What added to the intensity was the presence of multiple public personalities and celebrities, each with unique schedules, sensitivities, and formats of engagement. Coordinating timely design turnarounds for their announcements and promotions required our team to remain agile, aligned, and ever-responsive.
